The purpose: to build confidence and self efficacy in students through the medium of physical activity. Activities involve cooperation and communication. To complete each task successfully students must work as a team. Their perception of themselves and others will be questioned and a more positive approach to group interaction will be encouraged. Students will develop leadership skills throughout the program. These skills will enable them to lead in various contexts and environments. Empathy towards the wider community and their peers will be discussed during relevant activities.
